Today we're going to venture out and attempt this again, of course, trying to strategically coupon and obtain more for less! On my game plan for today:
Rainbow has buy 6 boxes of GM cereal, get an instant $9 back, plus eggs and milk! So, from my coupons, right on this site, you can get 3 of the $1.00 off two boxes of GM, it's doubled...should be approximately $6.00 for all of this!
There was a great couple of other PG coupons in the paper this week--Nivea body wash, Olay body was and razors...hoping to combine a few of these and see how it goes!

and stacked up with Rainbow promotions

First time out to the grocery store!
So....I have been recently watching TLC's new show, Extreme Couponing, along with millions of other women who have been way more coupon savvy than me! I've been wanting to begin this, and as summer has begun, I'm hoping to have a bit more time to plan and launch into a new hobby....
There are a couple of rules to which I'm hoping to adhere:
1. To never obtain items that I can't use, don't use, or for which I don't have a charitable purpose.
2. To stick to as healthy-as-possible choices. Typically I avoid the middle aisles, so I want to make sure these items benefit my family in financial savings, plus health purposes.
3. To never pay full price for an item, EVER!
Today, I made my first adventure out to our local Rainbow foods, where I did get a 50% overall savings after a bit of planning, some clipping, and a bit of studying.
Here's to hoping future trips will reap more savings and more groceries!
